NYCN Anambra Chapter, Rejects Imposition, Warns Anambra Youth Commissioner to Stay Out of Its Leadership The Anambra State Chapter of National Youth Council of Nigeria, has warned the Anambra State Commissioner for Youth, Mr. Patrick Agha Mba to desist from an attempt to impose leadership on the council, warning that he should stay away from the affairs of the council, which is independent an independent body and not an arm of his ministry.
