IDEMILI SOUTH TC CHAIRPERSON, HON OBI,CHARGES NON-INDIGENS TO MAINTAIN CLEANINESS

 ONE WHO MAINTAINS CLEANLINESS KEEPS AWAY DISEASES- HON. OBI SAID AS SHE CHARGES NON- INDIGENES TO GET RID OF ALL THE REFUGE.



Transition Chairperson of Idemili South Local Government, Hon. Amaka Obi(Iyom Idemili) has charged non-indigenes residing in Idemili South Local Government (Ezinwanne di na Mba) to join hands with the Council and State Government to get rid of dirt and refuse dumps in Idemili South Local Government.


Council Boss made this declaration when the group paid her a courtesy  visit in her office at the Local Government Secretariat, Ojoto.

Reacting to the State Governor Charles Soludo's fight against environmental pollution in Anambra State, the Council Boss is emphatically clear that her administration is determined to flush out all refuse dumps and water channels along the streets and roads in the council area.


Hon. Obi further said that no stone will be left unturn to make sure that Idemili South is clean. She then urged them to alert the council on any challenges they are facing interns of security.



Delivering a vote of thanks, the leader of the group, Mrs. Aneke Amaka appreciates the Executive Governor Of the State for appointing a woman to be the TC Chairperson. She promised her that non-indigenes residing in Idemili South will support her administration and that of the state government and pleaded that the council boss should carry them along in all her dealings.
