Philanthropy: Akajiugo Donates N1M to Support Idemili South Skill Acquisition Training

Prominent Stakeholder and illustrious son of Nnobi community, High Chief Okwudili Ugochukwu (Akajiugo Nnobi) has donated One Million Naira to support the ongoing Skills Acquisition Training at Idemili South Local Government Headquarters, Ojoto.
Announcing the donation, the Transition Committee Chairman of Idemili South Council Area, Hon Obi Amaka Iyom expressed gratitude for the magnanimity of High Chief Okwudili Ugochukwu.
Hon Amaka noted that the donation was made during a Stakeholder Engagement visit to High Chief Okwudili Ugochukwu and further explained that ongoing Skills Acquisition Training is to empower the youths and women of the council area and make them self self-reliant.
The Council Boss, who reiterated her commitment to ensuring the growth of Human Capital Development in the council area spoke of the preparedness of her leadership to provide an enabling environment for Skills Acquisition Training to thrive, noting that it was in fulfillment of the campaign promise of Gov Chukwuma Soludo to create and support the youths to succeed.
Earlier, High Chief Ugochukwu emphasised that his determination to encourage and support the Skills Acquisition Training was borne out of his desire to create employment in diverse ways for the people, knowing that aside from government jobs or political appointments, the people can be gainfully employed through their various skills.
Hon Amaka, therefore, called upon other Stakeholders and well meaning Ndi Idemili South to support the Skills Acquisition Training.
