The Transition Committee Chairman of Idemili South Local Government Area, Hon. Mrs Amaka Obi(Iyom Ife-Abata) has hailed the President General of Alor, High Chief Emma Ojukwu (Agbaigwe Alor) for his numerous projects in Alor community especially the thirty six stalls built at Nkwor Alor market in memory of his late mother, late Mrs Roseline Ojukwu, gave them freely to thirty six beneficiaries and also added huge sum of money to start-up their various businesses.


Hon. Amaka Obi said, she was impressed with the numerous projects of President General of Alor, High Chief Emma Ojukwu especially the thirty six stalls built in memory of his late mother, Mrs Roseline Ojukwu. She acknowledged the good work of High Chief Emma Ojukwu in Alor community since he took the mantle of leadership, urging people of Alor and Idemili South to emulate his kind gesture.


Earlier on, Rev. Father of St Mary's Catholic Church Alor, and the priest of St. Paul's Anglican Church, Venerable Chiedu Nnakwuo while commissioning the stalls, said that High Chief Emma Ojukwu is a kind hearted man who always support men, women and youths of Alor community, noting that at this present situation of the country, he has not just touched lives but also given hope to the hopeless. They prayed to God to grant him all his good wishes, with long life and prosperity.


The event was attended by Alor Stakeholders, Alor executive union, councillors, women PG of Alor, Mrs Uzokwe and many others.
