 Anambra Business Mogul Felicitates With Tinubu, Others At Independence Anniversary

As Nigeria celebrates its 64th anniversary, a prominent business tycoon, High Chief Hamilton Ezeonu, has felicitated with the Government and people of Nigeria on the milestone attainment.


The Anambra born, Lagos based business mogul in his message to Nigerians commended the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu, the 36 State Governors and the National Assembly over the relative peace in the country.


But he urged them to use this period of celebrating our independence to have a rethink of offering the people of Nigeria good governance by thinking outside the box.


He stressed the need for public officers in the country to be humble, responsive and sensitive to the yearnings and needs of their people.


The business mogul called Nigerian leaders to rise up to the ocassion and address the hunger, hardship and poverty ravaging the citizens of Nigeria.


The Ikemba Nnobi and philanthropist urged Nigerian youth not to be despaired by the current economic hardship in the country but should place their confidence on God and their natural endowment to weather the prevailing storm  in the country.

By Mma Okpala  The convener of Women Initiatives For Greater Anambra(WIGA) who doubled as the Transition Committee Chairman Of Idemili South Local Government Area, Hon. Mrs Amaka Obi(Iyom Ife-Abata) has advised people of Idemili South on eye care as they celebrates World Sight Day today.  Idemili South Council Boss, Hon. Amaka Obi said that, people should love their eyes by avoiding poor diet, abuse of drugs, alcohol and ensure they have a yearly checkup from an eye medical doctor from the age of 40. Iyom Ife-Abata who earlier offered free medical outreach stated that loving one's eye involves the people obeying the dos and don'ts for good eyesight, including avoidance of smoking, herbal preparations due to adulteration of alcohol, diets and fruits.
