Philanthropist Ezeonu, Lauds Diaspora Group On Street Light Project

The ongoing operation light up Ifite Ogbeadiji community project by “Ifite Men in Diaspora" through their coordinator, Mr. Ifeanyi Aloysius Ogbunigwe (Mayor Swiss) which was championed by the present leadership of the Chairman of the Community, Comrade Izuegbunam Stanley Fabian (De Transformer) and being monitored by the committee Chairman on works, Chief Cletus Umeh (Nze Akonobi) has continued to gain the admiration and commendation of the people, with calls for other communities to emulate the initiative.
While speaking to newsmen, a Special title holder, Prominent Stakeholder and illustrious son of Nnobi Community, High Chief Emeka Hamilton Ezeonu (Ikemba Nnobi) said the solar streetlights have not only brought out the aesthetics of the community at night, but also kept her safe from criminals who hide behind the shadow of darkness to perform their evil expertise.
He added that the streetlights equally reduced the challenge of road accidents that occur due to poor vehicular lights at night.
He expressed the belief that the gentrification project of the Ifite Ogbeadiju community is gradually working out and also commended the Diaspora Chairman Mr. Nduka Ibah (Ugbade Nnobi) for his relentless efforts to achieving the desired goals of the people.
Ikemba Nnobi, however, called on the leadership of the various quarters in Nnobi community to key into the initiative and prioritized efforts aimed at tackling infrastructural development.
Over thirty- three (33) solar streetlights has been installed in Ifite Ogbeadiju community and the initiative is aimed to covered all the nookes and crannies of the community.
